If ALDVEN isn't right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — monthly or yearly — and we'll refund it. You don't need to explain why.
Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Request a refund at paddle.net using the email address you used at checkout, or write to us at support@aldven.app and we'll arrange it for you.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing usually takes a few business days, depending on your bank.
You can cancel at any time from your account or through the Paddle customer portal. After cancelling, Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and the subscription does not renew.
Renewals outside the 30-day window are handled case by case — contact us and we'll do our best to help. Refunds beyond the guarantee period remain subject to Paddle's refund policy and your statutory rights.
