ALDVEN is a subscription app for visualization, vision boards, scripting, gratitude, journaling, guided audio, goal tracking and AI-assisted reflections. Free features are available to all accounts; Premium unlocks unlimited AI generations and additional content.

You must be of legal age in your country to enter into a contract, and if you use ALDVEN on behalf of an organisation you confirm you have authority to bind it.

Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You must not misuse ALDVEN. In particular, you must not:

• use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or spam-related;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• upload content you do not have the rights to, or content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or depicts real people deceptively;
• interfere with security — no malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing technical limits;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service.

Some features generate text, affirmations, stories, letters, goals or images using AI models. You are responsible for your prompts, for the content you upload as input, and for how you use the outputs — including verifying that you hold the rights to any input material.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. ALDVEN is a personal-growth tool and is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. Do not rely on it in place of a qualified professional.

We may filter, refuse, restrict or remove content and outputs, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly generate or upload prohibited material. If you believe content in ALDVEN infringes your rights, contact us at support@aldven.app and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it; repeat infringers lose access.

You keep ownership of the journal entries, images, notes and voice recordings you add. You grant us a limited licence to host, store and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

Alessandro Di Vietro retains all rights in ALDVEN — the software, design, audio library, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app within your selected plan.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, renewals, taxes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for the money-back guarantee.

We work to keep ALDVEN reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. You may stop using ALDVEN at any time. When access ends you can export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

These Terms are governed by Italian law, and the courts of Italy have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
